I find comfort and solace in writing.

Despite the theory of Literature seemingly dictating how one should structure a sentence and where to place a semi-colon, I find that there is a great deal of freedom in writing.

Shakespeare was an undeniably imperative vehicle for the evolution of the English language through his persistent and extensive use of slang and improper grammar; coupled with the glaring fact that he wrote for the stage - for the words to be spoken and heard, not studied in your head in a quiet corner of your house.

His sentences were structured in the same way that he and the society he lived in would have done in a verbal conversation; he did not care for Standard English, nor the rules that it imposed. He wanted his characters to sound natural, to have their own identities and personalities that could never have shone through had he written everything with correct grammar and accurate composition of sentence.
